When you submit the service request form or contact us by phone or email, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address if given, the service you need, property type, the address or area of the property, and your description of the plumbing problem.

That information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange plumbing service, carry out the work, and follow up about it. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
Details may be shared only where it is necessary to complete the work you have asked for — for example confirming access with a property manager or landlord you have named. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry and service records are kept only as long as needed for service history, accounting and legal requirements.
Website data
This site may record standard technical information such as pages requested and browser type, which is used to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful. Embedded map content is served by Google and is subject to their own privacy terms.
Your requests
